Day Three: Carrot Cake
Termini Brothers Carrot cake is praised for its all natural
ingredients and unique icing flavor. Each batch of carrot cake contains over 25
lbs. of freshly ground carrots. The cake layers are baked and frozen for 24
hours prior to filling to seal in each layers fresh carrot flavor. The carrot
icing is a secret recipe that features chocolate chips, walnuts, and a combination
of butter and cream cheese. Each individual cake is filled and iced with carrot
icing, and decorated with vanilla icing.
