Day Four : Almond Topped Amaretti
Our almond amaretti cookie base is mixed with ground toasted almonds and has a hand placed whole almond in the center. Every pan must be hand dipped into a tub of granulated sugar. The marriage of sweet hardened sugar and toasted almond both inside and on top serves as a perfect combination.
