Day Eight: Macadamia Disks
Melted dark chocolate is mixed with imported macadamia nuts. Rather than using pieces, we prefer our nuts whole so that the full flavor of the nuts stay intact. Once mixed, this decadent blend is poured into round molds and hand extracted once hardened. These candies can be described as simple, sweet and nutty.
