Day Nine: Strawberry Shortcake
Our strawberry shortcake starts with our moist vanilla sponge cake cut in half and carefully filled with whipped cream and fresh strawberries. Once assembled the cake is then iced with whipped cream and topped with hand selected strawberries. Nothing says childhood like delicious strawberry shortcake.
