Day Six: Pignoli Cookies

The most acclaimed and revered cookie in our assortment. Each cookie has an almond paste base which is then covered in pignoli nuts imported from Portugal or Spain. Every pan must then be hand dipped into a tub of Pignoli nuts to get their unique appearance. Once baked, each cookie needs to be removed and hand placed in containers due to their delicate nature.
